Home Package General Terms

BT line required. Line rental payable with Simply Broadband. Orange line rental included with Broadband & Off Peak Calls and Broadband & Anytime Calls. Subject to availability and minimum term 18 month contract. Fastest download speed up to 20 Meg (up to 8 Meg in non-Orange Broadband areas). Speeds vary depending on line quality and distance from exchange. Unlimited calls and unlimited usage subject to fair usage policy. All calls on your home phone will be shown on your broadband invoice and will be billed by Orange. Call for up to two hours, redial as often as you like. Wireless requires an enabled computer or adapter. Wireless router is on loan to you for the duration of your minimum term, and remains the property of Orange. Price assumes payment by direct debit. International Calls option (available on Broadband & Off Peak Calls and Broadband & Calls Anytime packages only)

Inclusive calls to landlines in 30 countries using your home phone. International Calls option will remain active until the end of your minimum term contract, or to the point you regrade to another eligible Broadband package.

3 month free broadband offer

Offer only available to customers living in Orange Broadband network areas. 3 month discount relates to broadband service only. Line rental remains payable for the duration of your minimum term contract.

Orange Peace of Mind Promise

Orange Peace of Mind Promise is available on all Orange Home Broadband plans. A 30 day cancellation period runs from date of registration. 10 day provisioning relates to broadband service only. Home Phone service provisioning can take up to 20 days.

Best value comparison

Best value comparison is based on an 18 month contract, up to 20meg broadband, first year costs (not including promotional offer of 3 months free), connection fee and line rental which equals £205.50. This price is based on being an existing Orange mobile phone customer and living in an Orange network area. Non-Orange customers must pay an extra £5 per month.
